You’re not loading the validation plugin. You need:

<script src="http://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery.validate/1.11.1/jquery.validate.min.js"></script>

Put this before the line that loads the additional methods.

Also, you should get the additional methods from the CDN as well, rather than jquery.bassistance.de.
