Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification
starting at index 0

Web.config :

     />
  </connectionStrings>

In aspx.cs Page the code must be written in the below format :

SqlConnection con = new
SqlConnection(ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["TestDataConnectionString"].ToString());
